Almost Flourless Chocolate Cake

The easiest, most delicious chocolate cake. Only has a tablespoon of flour and I’ve substituted it successfully with rice flour or cocoa powder to make it GF. Weird hot tip: it actually gets even better if it’s been frozen, so bake early and stash away!
